One Pocket or Two?

When choosing your presentation folder template, one decision that you’ll have to make is whether you should have one pocket or two. Both choices have their advantages. Here are some things to consider:

The first step in this decision is to decide what you will be using yourpresentation folders for. What are your company’s needs? How much information will you be providing in your presentation folder? How many different categories of information will you be using?

If you will be handing your customers information on two different subjects, you might want to put information from one category in one pocket, and information on the other category in the other pocket.

A lot of information will require two pockets so that the presentation folder will not be overloaded and so that the pockets will not break.

Another option that you will want to consider is where you will be handing out these presentation folders. Will you be distributing these pocket folders at a conference or a seminar? If so, then you will want to consider two pockets in your presentation folder so that you can put handouts in one folder and blank paper in the other so that participants can take notes on speeches and workshops.
